FAQ’s

FEES

a. We are contracted in to Bankmed, Discovery, Gems, Polmed, Camaf, Medscheme administered medical aids, Health Squared & some others.

b. We will only submit on proof of membership, and provided the member has funds available.

c. Private patients are to settle account in full at the time of each consultation. We do not run accounts for any private patients.

HOUSE CALLS

I do occasional housecalls, but these are limited strictly to old & frail people who are unable to travel to the practice.
There are extra fees involved for house calls, please check with our practice manager.

DOES THE DOCTOR RUN ON TIME?

I try my best to run on time, but please remember that I give every patient my individual attention, so it can happen that I sometimes run a little late. Also in the event of an emergency, we cannot always run on time.
