Skin Conditions

Dermatology

I have a special interest in dermatological conditions, moles, small excisions done on the premises. Solar Keratosis: Sun related damage, frozen with liquid nitrogen, on premises.

Botox and Fillers

I have completed several courses in Botulinum Toxin injections (Botox) as well as filler injection techniques. Botox is injected to remove wrinkles of the skin and to promote a more youthful look. The face is relaxed, frowning is minimised and hence the patient has a relaxed “not so angry” look afterwards.

Fillers are injected to:

a. Define lips.
b. Fill deep lines in the nasolabial fold.

Pediatrics

Child Health

I have a special interest in children. I examine & treat infants & children of all ages. We immunise & weigh infants, and treat all general paediatric conditions.

Check Ups

General

I complete insurance medicals & do all forms for general medical check ups.
I do stress ECG’s & normal resting ECG’s (Electrocardiograms)
I perform lung function tests with a spirometer.
Completion of all forms for medical aids – chronic medication applications etc.
Completion of medical forms for PDP licences, permanent residence (Immigration purposes).
Discovery Health ID and Discovery chronic medication applications are done electronically as requested by Discovery Health.

Minor Surgery & Suturing

Trauma

I attend to cuts, lacerations & injuries. I stitch & repair cuts & lacerations. All surgical instruments in my practice are cleaned & sterilised on a regular basis.

*Kindly note that I take my time with fillers and Botox procedures. Therefore please phone in advance for an appointment to evaluate your needs and a quotation. Once you have accepted the quotation, we will give you an appointment for the procedure. I need an average of one hour per session.
